To initiate the setup of the preparatory committee
of the executive council of the summit

 

 

As one of the chief achievements of this summit, some companies listed among the Fortune 500 initiated to set up the preparatory committee of the executive council of the Information Industry Development Summit on March 28, the members of which will include delegates from the related governmental departments, diplomatic and consular missions and organizations in China, companies listed among the Fortune 500, and famous domestic and overseas companies. The executive council will hold a summit for the development of the information industry annually to build the forum into the platform where domestic and overseas governments, companies, and research institutes exchange ideas, communicate, and cooperate with one another.

The preparatory committee of the executive council of the summit held the first co-chairmen meeting on April 11 and the delegates saved no efforts to offer advice and suggestions and at present, the preparation is progressing smoothly.
