On August 16, 2004, Liu Qun, executing deputy president
of BIIP, director of board of directors and vice president of China
International Industry & Commerce Co. Ltd presided a mobilization
meeting of BIIP. The Operation Department and the General Office deployed
operating works and comprehensive management works of the next step
respectively at the meeting.
The Operation Department made detailed arrangements for
the land leasing, design, scale control, application for approval of
the second phase of the park, the building of transformer substation,
standard workshop construction, examinination and approval of park accessing,
checking and accepting and settlement of grey water, rain and sewage,
road and fuel gas projects. The schedule of each item has been detailed
week by week to ensure on-time completion of the works so as to realize
the operation objective of the company eventually.
The general office mainly introduced the content and implementation
plans of Reasonable Suggestion Management Regulations and Career Development
System of Staff. The releasing of these two systems aimed at stimulating
and exerting the responsibility awareness of each employee as a master
and their intelligence and lifting individual value and capability of
each employee while realizing company's objectives to realize a win-win
situation for both employees and the company.
On the meeting, Liu emphasized three points. Firstly,
each employee should carry forward the progressive spirit as an eagle
to devote themselves into the working with new spirit and full working
passion. Secondly, various departments should enforce working innovation
and work in depth and in detail, and learn from Haier's "daily
clear and daily settlement". Thirdly, the comprehensive management
department should enforce inspection and examination degree to strengthen
organization and behaviour management and ensure a small but capable
team with high efficiency. In the end, Liu called on all employees to
work hard for realization of annual objectives stipulated by the operation
scale with confidence of wining.
