Golf Invitational Tournament rounded off
Elite from World Top 500 and multinational companies in the golden fall of 2004


The 2004 Golden Fall Golf Invitational Tournament of Elite from World Top 500 and Multinational Companies was held at Earls Golf Club on November 7, 2004. It was organized by State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club and received support from State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club Hotel and Silver Great Wall Company. More than 50 people participated in the tournament, including senior managers from over a dozen of the World Top 500 and multinationals, famous Chinese companies and representatives from chambers of commerce.

This was the second large-scale golf contest held by State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club this year. State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club is committed to providing elite with an interactive platform by holding fashionable golf contests where people can meet new and old friends so as to build up their resources and find business opportunities.

Participants in the tournament included representatives from Montreal Bank, Lianchuang Ceyuan Fund, Rhytech, Investment Association of China, Asia Cyber Republic Limited and other financial institutions; senior managers of China affairs from Siemens, Motorola, Vodafone, Nortel and other World Top 500 corporations; and business leaders from China including CNPC International, Unihub, Tanglong and HCG China and entertainment personages.

Wang Zhongren, general manager of Great Wall Drilling Company, won Gross Score. Mr. Wang represented the companies that set up operations in the international information park. Other winners were:

The tournament also received full support from China Glory Hotel, Silver Great Company, Eric sson, Little Tiger Golf Club, Century Junying, HCG China, Watsons, Davidoff, Canada China Business Council, Sunshine Credit Guarantee Company, Faren Magazine and Earls Golf Club.

In addition to the above awards, dozens of others were offered to the rest of the participants. The other awards included those for best style, most dynamic, best participation, good luck and others. Prizes included wine priced at dozens of yuan; magazines, financial cards, mini-drinking machines priced at hundreds of yuan; cellphones, cigar gifts and executive suite (included breakfast) priced at hundreds of yuan; and drivers priced more than ten thousand yuan.

The participants got what they had wanted and returned home. They even started to look forward to the next tournament. Thus, the 2004 Golden Fall Golf Invitational Tournament of Elite from World Top 500 and Multinational Companies rounded off.
