President Wang Tianyi attended the "Strengthen operation scheme, enhance cash flow" special working conference of Beijing International Information Park Corporation on March 23. The conference was presided over by Liu Qun, Executive Deputy President of BIIP.

Such Departments as Sales Department, International Department, HR Department have reported their works. The Sales Director Sun Mang mainly introduced the sales plan of the information industrial base in 2005 and channels and measures to accomplish the plan; the International Department reported such issues on expansion the cooperation channel with Fortune 500 companies and the cooperative ties with "go-go fund"; the HR Department introduced talent introduction, employee management, occupational planning; the Development Department introduced the approval progress of the phase II land.

President Wang mainly made instructions on land development, sale and HR. He said that at the time of transacting various approval formalities of the phase II land, such departments as the Development Department and the Operation Department shall formulate a schedule and try to construct at the earliest possible time. The strategy of "change land into housing" shall be implemented for phase II land, selling of the built standard workshop shall dominate in principle. At the time of doing a better job in municipal works and workshop building, we shall continue to do well in the landscaping of the base and build a modern high-tech industrial base with beautiful sceneries. When mentioning the building of professional manger team, President Wang pointed out that we must employ able personnel to joint in our team and emphasis shall be given in the employment of director-level sales, financial, scheming and HR talents. Finally, President Wang asked the company to carefully study the successful experience and operation method in the development of Beijing industrial base and form standard park development outline to make good preparations for the copying of the park model to other places.

Deputy President Liu said that the company shall behave according to President Wang's directive, strengthen professional manager team building, do well in the operation and planning work, enhance scaled sales efforts and cash inflow to accomplish the work objective of 2005 with flying colors.
