Beijing International Information Industry Base gathered all in-park enterprise to hold a "land certificate transaction working conference" for in-park enterprises. Leaders of related departments of the company introduced such contents as working procedure, materials to be submitted and requirements on time. After submitting related fees, enterprises moved into the park in phase I will obtain certificate of land use right recently.

After tense and orderly preparation, the land pre-examination of Beijing International Information Industry Base has obtained the approval of related departments of Beijing Municipality. This not only improves the legal formalities of the industry base, but enables the in-park enterprises to be guaranteed by law. In-park enterprises said that they will take time to do well in land certificate transaction according to related requirements.
