Opening Ceremony of Qingdao Base of Beijing International Information Industry Base kicks off

On Oct. 22, 2005, colorful flags were flying in a clear and boundless sky in Jiaozhou, Qingdao. In the deafening noise of firecrackers, the opening of Qingdao Base of Beijing International Information Industry Base(BIIIB) was announced. Li Hao, secretary of Jiaozhou Committee of CPC, Li Jibo, standing member of Jiaozhou Committee of CPC and executive deputy-mayor, Liu Zuojin, deputy-director of the Standing Committee of Jiaozhou People's Congress, and Ci Weiqi, vice-president of Jiaozhou Committee of the CPPCC, took part in the opening ceremony. Liu Qun, executive deputy-president of Beijing International Information Park(BIIP) took part in the opening ceremony.

Qingdao Base of BIIIB is located in Madian Town, Jiaozhou, Qingdao, Shandong Province. Covering a total area of 10 square kilometers, the base is a high-tech park developed and established by Jiaozhou. Currently, Qingdao Yitaier Electronics Co., Ltd, Qingdao Xinlei Foods Co., Ltd and other companies have established offices in the base. When contacting with BIIIB, Jiaozhou Committee of the CPC and Jiaozhou People's Government gave high praises to the achievements made by Beijing Base in a period of only two years, to high quality and taxation ability of enterprises in the park, to "Top 500" resources and concepts of the International Information Park Co., Ltd, to the high-end resources and service ideas of its "Investment and Financing Service Platform" and to the young and professional management team of the company who are familiar with international situations. On this basis, both parties reach the cooperation intention. BIIIB will expert management and operation ideas to Qingdao Base, and both sides will cooperate with each other by making use of their own advantages to promote the business-invitation of Qingdao Base.
