BIIIB signs an agreement with Wuxi Taihu National Tourist Resort Zone to develop "Wuxi Base of BIIIB"

On December 3, BIIIB signed a cooperative framework agreement with the Administrative Committee of Wuxi (Mashan) Taihu National Tourist Resort Zone to jointly develop and construction "Wuxi Base of Beijing International Information Industry Base".

The agreement is formulated on the basis of a multiple of interactive investigation and repeated consultation of both parties and it stipulates such contents as industrial positioning, development mode, land price, tax reservation and policy-related services.

Both parties agree that Wuxi Base shall apply the advantages of Beijing base in Fortune 500 Companies, international associations and chambers, embassies and consulates and investment funds and the successful experiences in park development, sale and management to the mature industrial of Wuxi to share the resources and make close co-operations. They agree to join hands in business invitation of Wuxi base and attach importance to the attraction of Fortune 500 Companies to establish presence in the base.

Dai Jieping, member of the Standing Committee of Wuxi Committee of CPC and secretary of Binhu District Committee of CPC; Chen Zhijian and Li Fulai, director and deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Wuxi Taihu National Tourist Resort Zone; Zhu Xiaojian, director of the Bureau of Merchant and Tourism; Liu Qun and Hui Yixiang, deputy president and deputy general manager of BIIIB presented the signing ceremony.
