BIIIB signs a framework cooperation agreement with the Beijing Office of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State

On December 28, 2005, the signing ceremony of the framework cooperation agreement between BIIIB and the Beijing Office of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State was held in Beijing State Guest Hotel. According to the agreement, both parties will establish a credit-based long-term cooperative partnership with an aim to strengthen international business exchange. Dr. Wang Tiany and Mr. Liu Qun, president and executive deputy president of BIIIB and Zou Zishu, chairman of the Beijing Office of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State, presented the signing ceremony.

At the talk held before the signing ceremony, leaders of both parties expressed that they want to cooperation in business and trade, international exchange and financial investment to set up a platform for the trade contact and business exchange between China and Pennsylvania State to boost the exchange and development of the Chinese and American enterprises. According to the result of the talk, president Wang and chairman Zou will go to Pennsylvania State in early January 2006 to hold talk with officials of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State on details.

On September 16, 2005, Beijing State Guest Entrepreneur Club began to cooperate with the Beijing Office of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State to jointly hold the 1 st China-U.S Entrepreneurs "One-to-One" business talk. Four enterprises from Pennsylvania State and more than 10 domestic enterprises held a business talk. Officials of the Business Department of Pennsylvania State and entrepreneurs of Pennsylvania State gave positive comments to this "One-to-One" exchange form and hoped to strengthen the cooperation with the club and continue to create more exchange and cooperation opportunities for Chinese and American enterprises. This cooperation agreement is reached on the basis of in-depth communication, it is sure to greatly enrich the international resources of the investment and financing service platform of the company, promote the exchange between Chinese and foreign enterprises and bolster the building of Beijing base.
