Hong Qizhong handles official business in BIIIB
-- District and town leaders handling official
businesses in BIIIB becomes routine
On March 1, 2006, Hong Qizhong, Deputy Director of Changping District headed leaders of related departments of the district to hold a co-ordination meeting in the Beijing International Information Industry Base (BIIIB) on settlement and construction of Cargill, a US-based Top 500 companies, and China Aeronautical Project & Design Institute in the Park to learn the requirements of the enterprises that would settle in the park and co-ordinate support of governmental departments.
Departments that attending the on-site co-ordination meeting include the Development and Reform Commission, Electric Power Bureau, Bureau of Water Resources, Bureau of Land Management and the Seismological Bureau of Changping District etc.. Hong requested that these departments should offer vigorous efforts to the enterprises on handling land usage certificate, offering electric power and water for construction purposes. Wang Shugang, Deputy Director of Huilongguan Town and Liu Qun, Deputy President of BIIIB were also present at the meeting.
