BIIP organizes a new employee speech training conference

--Newly-appointed High-level management displays
the demeanor together with ordinary employees

On March 30, 2006, HR Department of BIIP and Park Expansion Department jointly organized a speech training for the new employees. Liu Qun, executive deputy president of BIIP, Hui Yixiang and Tian Geng, two deputy GMs and department managers presented the training and gave remarks.

A total of three deputy GMs and five employees gave speeches at the training. By centering on such themes as “the importance and necessity of developing parks in regions other than Beijing ”, “the difference between the park and ordinary real estate”, “analysis of China 's park development process”, the high-level management expounded the necessity and ways of park expansion, the supportive service system of park building and the concept on park expansion and economic analysis. Five new employees regarded the rostrum the stage of promoting CIIC, BIIIB, State-Guest Entrepreneur's Club and State Guest Innovative Banks' Club to the guests in combination with their work. All those participated in the speech training have consulted a great deal of materials and tapped resources of all categories of the company. They have composed presentations and made slides in order to best display the competition edge of the company.

Such leaders as deputy president Liu gave comments to each lecturers, pointed out places shall be improved and asked the Park Expansion Department to make unified publicity brochure in line with the new situation and new demand of park expansion to display the resource advantage of the company and give prominence to the advantages of the company in park management and business invitation.

Park expansion is one of the most important work of BIIP in 2006 and cultivate a capable expansion management team is the assurance for realizing the work objective. At the time of enlarging the employment efforts, BIIP also intensified the training on the newly employed high level management. Presently, each of the newly-employed high level management is in charge of specific park expansion and promotion, takes part in work progress report weekly and deploys park expansion as a whole. The speech training is not only the examination of the concept and experience of the high-level management on park expansion, but a training of their comprehensive abilities.
