CIIC watches 2006 World Cup final in the State Guest Hotel

On July 10, 2006, the Four Season Garden in the State Guest Hotel was full of talking voices, everyone was excited and expectant on their faces, because CIIC was holding an activity to watch the final of the 2006 World Cup. President Wang Tianyi and 200 staff from various functional departments and specialized companies got together in the same hall to watch the wonderful match, while at the same time shared the spirit of "wonder derives from confrontation and team creates splendor" of the company. The activity was an important component on the work conference of the company on the first half of 2006.

Everyone played up and cheered for their interested team during watching the game. After 120 minutes of drastic fighting against each other, Italians finally won over the French by a penalty kick. At the moment they lifted the Jules Rimet cup for the forth time, the audients burst warm sounds of applause and hurrah in the Four Season Garden.

In the comment activity after the football match, everyone saw it as a wonderful confrontation game between two strong teams. Compared with powerful teams such as Brazilian, German and Argentinean with brilliant stars, the Italian team is not an interested hot team of potential champion.
