CIIC logistics work conference held

---President Wang asks to stress on resources and

terminals at the same time

On August 8, 2006, the logistics work conference of CIIC was held at State Guest Hotel. Such systems as property, technology, real estate, hotel, information security and life industry reported their idea of logistics work and probed into the work mode for the expansion of property and logistics.

Deputy president Liu introduced the logistics work plan of the BIIP from such aspects as base development, property integration, enterprise logistics, community logistics and financial platform building.

President Wang pointed out that based on the robust urbanization trend and the high consumption at information age, the group has formulated the development strategy of "developing the created property and managing the integrated logistics". President Wang pointed out that the focus for the competition of estate property is resources, i.e. land. The focus for logistics competition is terminal and we shall grasp the terminal consumers through all channels. President Wang asked all industrial systems to profoundly understand the strategy of the company, accurately grasp the direction of the property and logistics of all systems, give emphasis to both resources and terminals, integrate resources in combination with the characteristics of all industries and do well in logistics work.

When mentioning the logistics work of BIIP, President Wang pointed out that when BIIP accomplishes 200 sq. km park development in the country, we will have 200 million sq. m property resources, more than 2000 enterprises and a park community of 3-5 million persons. BIIP asked to do well in the logistics of the park and community at the same time in the process of park development. At the same time, by resorting to the platform of State Guest Entrepreneur Club and China Innovative Bankers' Club we shall make efforts to develop the financial business of the park, forge an international financial service platform through the implementation of "double 1000 plan".
