Significant Breakthroughs Three In-Park
Enterprises Held the Ground-Breaking Ceremony
On the morning of July 29, numerous
colored flags were flying in Beijing Yongfeng International information
Industry Base. In the deafening sound of firecrackers, the grand ground-breaking
ceremony for the three in-park enterprises, i.e., Jasmin International
Auto R&D Co., Ltd., Beijing SDL Auto System Co., Ltd. and Reti Corporation
was held here. Zhu Guangtong, the executive vice-head of Changping District,
Hong Bo, the secretary of the Party Committee of Huilongguan Town, and
Qi Bingrui, the head of the town along with other leaders of the district
and the town attended the ceremony and laid the foundation for the three
enterprises. The leaders of the integrated departments and special companies
of CIIC as well as the staffs of the three in-park enterprises and the
staffs of the construction units totaling over 300 attended the ceremony.
Before the ceremony, Liu Qun, the general manager of BIIP made a brief
report about the park construction and the production and the tax of
the in-park enterprises to the leaders of the district and the town,
and introduced the 2nd phase plan and design scheme at the same time.
President Wang Tianyi expressed his thanks to the leaders for their
presence to the ground-breaking ceremony, and hoped the Beijing Base
could be expanded to 30~50 square kilometers so as to make larger contributions
to local economy. Head of the District Zhu affirmed the achievements
of the park construction, and encouraged the information industry base
to achieve larger achievements.
At the ceremony, Liu Qun, the general manager of BIIP, addressed the
welcome speech to show his sincere thanks to the leaders for their presence
to instruct the work and attend the ground-breaking ceremony, and delivered
his congratulations to the three in-park enterprises for receiving the
legal construction procedures under the large environment that the state
laws and regulations on construction are becoming more and more complete.
The leaders of the three in-park enterprises also made speeches in succession
to express their appreciation to the governments at various levels and
the information industry base for their full support and assistance.
Qi Bingrui, the head of Huilongguan Town, delivered an address to express
his good wish to the information industry base and the two in-park enterprises
on behalf of the town Party committee and the town government. In the
end, Zhu Guangtong, the executive deputy head of Changping District
announced the commencement of the ground-breaking ceremony.
Of the three in-park enterprises, Jasmin International
Auto R&D Co., Ltd. is a international and professional auto design
company mainly engaged in the design and development of auto products,
which is ranked in the top three in the national auto design and technical
development industry, and the total investment on the program is about
30 million yuan; Beijing SDL Auto System Co., Ltd. is high-tech enterprise
mainly engaged in the R&D, design and manufacturing of on-line analytical
instrument and environmental protection monitoring system, which is
a analytical instrument technical service center in China authorized
by Simens, and the total investment on the program is about 40 million
yuan; and Reti Corporation is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and
sales of various environmentally-friendly heating boilers, which is
an industry that the country supports, and the total investment on the
program is about 14 million yuan. After the completion, the annual production
value of the three enterprises is estimated to reach about 160 million
yuan, and the tax paid will be 9.6 million yuan.
