Base Held the Grand Ground-Breaking Ceremony
for Two in-Park Enterprises
On September 23, the grand ground-breaking
ceremony for the two in-park enterprises, i.e., Beijing China Aeronautic
Feifan Aviation Equipment Company and Beijing Wanger Biology Company,
was held in Beijing Yongfeng International Information Industry Base.
Hong Bo, the deputy head of Changping District, and Qi Bingrui, the
head of Huilongguan Town, together with the leaders of the district
and the town presented the ceremony and laid the foundation for the
two enterprises.
Liu Qun, the vice-president of
CIIC and the general manager of BIIP, and the whole staffs, the leaders
of the two in-park enterprises and their staffs as well as the staffs
of the construction units totaling over 200 attended the ground-breaking
ceremony.
Before the ceremony, the leaders of Changping District and the Town
listened to the report on the park construction, and the production
and tax of the in-park enterprises as well as the 2nd phase plan and
design scheme. Having affirmed fully the achievements of the park construction,
District Head Hong Bo expressed his congratulations to the two in-park
enterprises for the opening, and encouraged the information industry
base to achieve better and more rapid development.
At the ceremony, General Manager Liu Qun addressed the welcome speech,
and expressed his sincere thanks to the leaders for their presence to
instruct the work and attend the ground-breaking ceremony. The leaders
of the two in-park enterprises also made speeches in succession to show
their appreciation to the governments at various levels and the information
industry base for their full support and assistance. Qi Bingrui, the
head of Huilongguan Town, delivered an address to express his good wish
to the information industry base and the two in-park enterprises on
behalf of the town Party Committee and the town government. In the end,
Deputy Head of Changping District Hong Bo announced the commencement
of the ground-breaking ceremony.
Of the two in-park enterprises, Beijing China Aeronautic
Feifan Aviation Equipment Company is a subordinate site of China Aeronautic
Project and Design Institute, which is mainly engaged in the manufacturing
of civil non-standard equipments, and the total investment on the program
is about 27 million yuan; and Beijing Wanger Biology Company is a new
high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, manufacturing and
sales of biological technology, and the total investment on the program
is about 58.45 million yuan. After the completion, the annual production
value of the two enterprises is estimated to about 160 million yuan,
and the tax paid will reach about 16 million yuan.
