Smooth Progress of Planning Work for Project

of Yellow River Culture Park

On December 2nd, Mr. Liu Qun, the director and vice-President of CIIC group and the General Manager of Beijing International Information Industry Base, Tian Zhexing, the consultant of CIIC group and the vice General Manager of Beijing International Information Industry Base, as well as Gao Zhi, the chief representative (China) of Architects Crang & Boake Inc. and the planners from China IPPR International Engineering Institute, US Parsons Brinckerhoff Group and Xi'aixi Construction Engineering Institute, with focus on project planning of the Yellow River Culture Park, jointly went for on-the-spot preliminary investigation of the Park, which is located in Weinan, Shaanxi.

Companied with the local leaders of Weinan such as the Deputy Secretary-General of Weinan Municipal Government and the Director of the Development and Reform Committee, the CIIC Planning Delegation, which was led by the President Liu Qun, successively investigated the development lands for the Yellow River Culture Park in Tongguan county and Dali county, Weinan, and discussed with the relevant leaders of two counties with respect to planning issues.

The planning plays a significant role for the pre-location and post-development of the project, and the preliminary idea has formed for the planning of the project of the Yellow River Culture Park as result of the investigation and discussion by the Planning Delegation. It can be believed that, in the near future, the substantial drawings will resulted from the planning ideas of the Yellow River Culture Park to be developed by CIIC group, and the solid foundation will be built for the faster and better development of the project of the Yellow River Culture Park.
