Education degree of above college, master degree holders are preferred;
above five years of working experiences, above three years of management
experiences in large-sized real estate enterprises; have experiences
in big project development, be familiar with real estate investment
and capital operation; be familiar with the working flow and the trend
of real estate industry, have certain knowledge on laws and regulations
on real estate industry; have abundant social resources and can establish
good ties with local government immediately; those who have good Chinese
and English writing, oral and reading ability will be preferred; can
adapt to long-term business trip; those who have industrial park development
and management experiences are preferred.
2. GM/deputy GM of overseas park
Education degree of above college, master degree holders are preferred;
those who have overseas working experiences are preferred; above five
years of working experiences, above three years of management experiences
in large-sized real estate enterprises; have experiences in big project
development, be familiar with real estate investment and capital operation;
be familiar with the working flow and the trend of real estate industry,
have certain knowledge on laws and regulations on real estate industry;
have excellent Chinese and English writing, oral and reading ability;
can adapt to long-term business trip; those who have industrial park
development and management experiences are preferred.
3. Deputy GM
Education degree of above college, master degree holders are preferred;
above five years of working experiences, above three years of management
experiences in large-sized real estate enterprises; have experiences
in big project development, be familiar with the operation and management
of real estate industry, all-round operation and the working flow of
different departments; have very good leadership and skills in team
management, can perceive the development trend of the industry, have
advanced management concept and strategic foresight; be good at drafting
corporate development strategy, have good control ability, outstanding
commercial judgment and acute business sense; have good Chinese and
English writing, oral and reading ability; can adapt to long-term business
trip; those who have industrial park development and management experiences
are preferred.
4. Planning director (urgent)
Education degree of above college, above five years of experiences as
planning director in noted real estate company, be familiar with Beijing's
real estate market and have actual operational experiences; have rich
media resources, be familiar with company brand promotion; those who
have experiences in industrial park planning are preferred.
5. HR director
Education degree of above postgraduate, 10 years working experience,
above five years of experiences as HR director in large group companies
or foreign-funded enterprises; be familiar with HR management of modern
enterprises and the characteristics of employees in real estate industry,
have advanced HR management concept; can integrate the working teams
of regional companies according to park expansion process.
6. Project manager of the Expansion Department
of parks outside of Beijing/China
Take charge of early-period conceptual planning for parks outside of
Beijing/China, make market analysis and compose feasibility research
report and conduct commercial negotiation with government and relevant
institutions. Education degree of above college, master degree holders
are preferred; above three years of experiences in market development,
planning and design, regional economy research and investment project
management; those who have good Chinese and English writing, oral and
reading ability and industrial park working experiences and overseas
working experiences are preferred.
7. Project manager of the Sales Department (urgent)
Education degree of above college, above three years of sales experiences
in large real-estate companies; those who have experiences in business
invitation for industrial parks and development and leasing of standard
workshops and office buildings are preferred, be familiar with real
estate-related knowledge and can flexibly apply such knowledge in actual
sales work; good at business negotiation and a good looking.
8. Sales specialist (concurrently)
Have experiences in business invitation for industrial park and the
development and leasing of standard workshops and office buildings and
channel client resources.
9. Project manager/assistant of the International Department
Education degree of above college, TEM 8 or returned Chinese, have good
communication and business negotiation ability; have a good looking
and above two years of sales and PR experiences.
10. Project manager of the Business Department (industrial park planning)
(urgent)
Education degree of above college, above five years of working experiences
in large real-estate development companies, above three years of experiences
in real estate planning; have successful planning examples, a unique
understanding of the real estate fields and good communication ability.
Those who have experiences in industrial park planning are preferred.
11. Project manager of the Business Department
Education degree of above college, above three years of working experiences
in real estate development, be familiar with design, development, projects,
tendering and bidding; good communication and coordination ability;
those who have experiences in industrial park development are preferred.
12. HR assistant (urgent)
Education degree of above college in HR-related majors, above three
years of working experiences in real estate development; be familiar
with recruitment, training, examination and employee management; be
familiar with knowledge and skills of relevant fields, labor laws of
Beijing and working flow; have good computer operation skill and writing

13. Specialized engineer of the Engineering
Department (urgent)
Education degree of above college, above three years of working experiences
in real estate development company; can independently operate water
heating/electric/civil engineering projects, be familiar with the management
and control of project constructions of real estate enterprises; have
strong organization and coordination ability, be good at communication;
have a good looking and a certificate for association engineer or above.
14. Administrative assistant
Education degree of above college and a good looking; be familiar with
document writing and good writing ability; be familiar with administrative
working procedure and criterions and good English listening and speaking
ability; be familiar with such software as OFFICE; typing speed is above
60 characters/min and have good oral expression ability.
15. Project manager of the External Liaison
Department
Education degree of above college; have strong communication and business
negotiation ability; have above two years of sales and PR working experiences

16. Deputy GM of the Early-Period Development
Department
Education degree of above college, above three years of working experiences;
be familiar with the early-period development of real estate industry,
track the handling of project development formalities; have good relations
with relevant department of Beijing and Changping; those who have working
experiences in industrial parks are preferred.
17. Manager of the Engineering Department
Education degree of above college, above five years of working experiences
on equivalent positions in real estate development enterprises; ever
participated in the management of above three large development projects
(including early-period design, construction management, completion
acceptance); those who have supervision experiences and working experiences
in industrial parks are preferred.
18. Material keeper of the Engineering Department
Female, 22-28 years old, education degree of above college; be familiar
with the management procedure of engineering materials and CAD; be meticulous
and have good communication skills and a good looking.
19. Client service superintendent of the Property Department
Education degree of above college, above three years of working experiences
in property management; have property practitioner certificate and strong
coordination ability and is willing to work in Huilongguan.
20. Activity scheming
Education degree of above college, above two years of working experiences
in activity scheming and all-round organization; those who are good
at artistic performance or hosting are preferred.
21. Manager of the Investment Department
Education degree of above college in major relevant to finance or investment;
whose who have oversea study experiences are preferred; above three
years experiences in investment management work, have successful investment

22. Cost engineer
Education degree of above college in major relevant to civil engineering,
project management, project cost and real estate economics; have registered
cost engineer qualificate; above three years of experiences in pre-settlement
work of real estate industry and ever undertake the pre-settlement of
large projects above 200 000 sq. m; have strong communication and coordination
ability; those who experiences in the pre-settlement of industrial parks
