2.	The member department of the State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club introduces the member constitution, answers the questions you care and registers your contact.
3.	The member department is in charge of the procedure for you when you apply for the membership.
4.	Please provide the copy of qualification, ID card or passport, one-inch bareheaded photos and pay the fee according to your membership class.
5.	The club sends out member card, T-shirt with club mark, cap, golf balls and so on.
