BIIP has signed a protocol with the Jiangdong Industrial Park of Xiaoshan, Hangzhou on the establishment of Hangzhou International Information Park.

Information Industry Production District and R&D District are to be established in the park.

HIIP lies in the Jiangdong Industrial Park in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. It is at the east of Qianjiang Ninth Bridge, and close to the south bank of Qiantang River. Taking into account of the special requirements on living and working environment by foreigners and High-Tech talents, the Production District is located at the Industrial Area near the Qiantang River, while the R&D center is located at the ecological living district neighboring the Qiantang River.
