	On August 28, 2000, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd was founded.
	On December 18, 2000, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd officially acquired Beijing Huaxia Zhengbang Sci-Tech Co., Ltd.
	On February 2, 2001, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd conducted assets restructuring, the registered capital of which reached 30 million yuan.
	On February 14, 2001, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd formally signed a cooperation letter of intent with Beijing Taiming Sci-Tech Co., Ltd.
	On August 24, 2001, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd signed an agreement with Huilongguan Town Government of Changping District of Beijing, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park was launched.
	On October 30, 2001, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd conducted assets restructuring for the second time, the registered capital of which came to 50 million yuan.
	On April 17, 2001, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd signed a contract with the first investment invitation enterprise in the park---"Linyang Intelligent Technology Research Center", and the first municipal engineering project in the park kicked off.
	On May 7, 2002, the website of Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd opened officially.
	On September 18, 2002, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd signed a letter of intent with the Administrative Committee of Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone to jointly develop the Hangzhou International Information Park, which has unveiled the prelude of "One industry dominating, Multi-park interacting".
	On September 20, 2002, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd hosted "Golden Apple Night Mid Autumn Reception" and introduced the operation concept of "One industry dominating, Multi-park interacting" to the participant Fortune 500 enterprises and diplomats from foreign embassies and consulates in China.
	On March 27-28, 2003, Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd participated and designed the "Information Industry Development Summit & Hainan Information Industry Development Summit" which was sponsored by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Hainan Provincial People's Government and organized by China International Industry & Commerce Co., Ltd. Liu Qun, Executive Vice President of Beijing International Information Park made a keynote speech entitled "Constructing Haikou Opto-electronics International Information Park, making contribution to the Development of Hainan's Information Industry".
	On August 6, 2003, the municipal engineering (having access to water, electricity and highway and an even site) for "Linyang Intelligent Technology Research Center", the first investment invitation enterprise in the park, was kicked off officially.
	On December 28, 2003, "Taiwan Fusheng Machinery Co., Ltd", the first in-park enterprise in Beijing Yongfeng Information Park, put into production officially.
	On January 12, 2004, the "State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club" invested and registered by Beijing International Information Park Co., Ltd organized a news conference in the Presidential Plaza, which officially promoted the "State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club", "investment in Beijing" and the "Beijing CIIC Beizi Investment Co., Ltd to be founded. This showed the official establishment of the "State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club".
	On April 28, 2004, the internal newsletter of Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd "Windows of BIIP" started publication.
	On May 18-19, the 2004 "Multinational Forum Fuzhou Summit" designed and organized by Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd and Beijing State-Guest Entrepreneurs' Club was held successfully in Fuzhou
	July 13, 2004 To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Beijing's successful bidding of the 2008 Olympic Games, the large-scale performance-- "Stepping towards Brilliance-Garment Evening of China's Hundred-Year-Long Fashion" sponsored by State-Guest Entrepreneurs Club was given in China Pingju Theatre.
	July 28, 2004 State-Guest Entrepreneurs Club Participated in International Capital Investment in IT Industry Financial Forum as supporting organization, and the Forum is jointly sponsored by China's Ministry of Information Industry, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Education, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Liaoning People's Government.
	September, 2004 With the implementation of the strategy of forging "State Guest Investment Service Platform", BIIP enters a brand-new period.
	November 7, 2004 The 2004 Golden Fall Golf Invitational Tournament of Elite from World Top 500 and Multinational Companies, which is sponsored by State Guest Entrepreneurs Club, was held at Beijing Earls Golf Club on November 7, 2004
	November 18, 2004 People's Government of Beijing Changping District renamed Beijing International Information Park as Beijing International Information Industrial Base.
	February 2-3, 2005 At 2005 CIIC Work Conference, the Executive Vice President Liu Qun of the Beijing International Information Park (BIIP) delivered "the Summary Report of 2004 and Plan of 2005 Plan of BIIP". BIIP was also awarded the 2004 Group Advanced Collective and obtained the Grade One material awards.
	March 23, 2005 President Wang Tianyi attended the special working conference of Beijing International Information Park Co., Ltd and put forward the requirement of "Strengthen operation scheme, enhance cash flow".
	March 24, 2005 Major leaders from such functional departments as Changping Industrial Bureau, Changping Development and Reform Commission, Changping Science Commission and Changping Branch of Bank of Beijing, Beijing Chenguang Changsheng Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd, Huilongguan Sub-district Office came to Beijing International Information Industrial Base on to offer loan guarantee service for in-park enterprises. Vice President Liu Qun briefed the resources and services of the company's investment service platform on the seminar.
	April 26, 2005 Beijing International Information Industrial Base held an Investment Promotion Conference. Li Baowei, the deputy director of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau, Hong Qizhong, deputy head of Changping District, and leaders from the Development and Reform Commission of Changping District, the Administration Committee of Changping Science and Technology Park and the street office of Huilongguan Town attended the meeting
	April 23, 2005 A delegation led by Prince Michael of Kent from the United Kingdom visited CIIC Group. Mr. Wang Tianyi, President of CIIC, and Mr. Liu Qun, Vice President of CIIC had business meeting with Prince Michael of Kent and signed Memorandum of Understanding.
	April 28-29, 2005, President Wang Tianyi and Vice President Liu Qun of CIIC Group met a delegation led by crown prince Abdulla Sulta respectively and discuss on jointly development and construction of the information industrious base.
	May 2005 Professor Xiao Zhuoji acts as the Independent Director of CIIC Group
	June 23, 2005, 140-year old Cargill of US, who is the largest food processing company as well as the largest food supply chain company, signed contract to enter Beijing International Information Industrial Base.
	June 25 Zhao Fengtong, CPC Party Secretary of Changping District, accompanied by officials of Huilongguan Town, visited Beijing International Information Industry Base. He spoke highly of the development, investment invitation and the achievement of the Industry Base.
	June 28,2005 China Aeronautic Project and Design Institute signed contract to enter Beijing International Information Industry Base
	July 13-14, 2005 Inviting Professor Xiao Zhuoji and his wife, Group President Wang Tianyi led a 15-person delegation consisting of Vice President Liu Qun, Vice General Manager Tian Geng and Hui Yixiang of Beijing International Information Park, and directors of such functioning departments including Department of Planning etc. to investigate Xi'an Chanba River Ecological Zone and Xi'an High-tech Development Zone (XDZ). There, such leaders as Secretary Yuan Chunqing of Xi'an Committee of CPC, XDZ Director Jing Junhai etc. met President Wang and his delegation respectively.
	July 17, 2005 Chen Ci, Mayor of Haikou Municipal Government of Hainan Province visited CIIC. Accompanied by President Wang Tianyi and Vice Presient Liuqun, the Mayor made an inspection of Beijing International Information Industry Base.
	Aug. 16, 2005 Officials from Jiangxia District of Wuhan visited Beijing International Information Industrial Base.
	Sep. 16, 2005 State Guest Entrepreneurs' Club of CIIC and Beijing Representative Office of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development staged a China-Pennsylvania One-to-one Matchmaking Meeting in China World Hotel, four Pennsylvanian companies met with a number of Chinese companies.
	Sep. 19, 2005 State Guest Entrepreneurs' Club of CIIC held China-New York State One-to-one Matchmaking Meeting in Beijing Grand Hyatt Hotel, a dozen of companies from New York State of US met with more than 30 domestic companies.
	Sep. 19, 2005 On the evening of September 19, U.S ambassador to China host a reception party to George E. Pataki, governor of New York State and his party at the ambassador's mansion.
