Under this background, Beijing International Information Park Development Co., Ltd (BIIP) regards information industry development as their guidance of operation direction. On the one hand, if we cannot realize to develop dozens of square kilometers of land within an area at the same time, we will divide the area into small regions of several square meters and respectively invite business, manage and develop. On the other hand, if we cannot realize to develop the several square kilometers in every area at one time, we will start with hundreds or one thousand acres and gradually enlarge to two thousands acres, until several square kilometers. The strategy of "transferring the land into housing" means that upon transferring a part of industrial land, we would develop and build some real estate projects such as standard workshops, office buildings that can realize value added benefits, in order to obtain more profits during the development course of the BIIP. After 2004, the land transfer in the Beijing Park fundamentally completed. Presently, the standard workshops and comprehensive office buildings is in the process of building and selling.

Third, the talent strategy of reproducing the successes of enterprises and professional manager team

BIIP will promote the success of the Beijing Park to other parks, and promote the success of training professional manager team to them. Later on, BIIP will adequately take advantages of various parks and integrate them intrinsically. Through reproducing team and exporting management, BIIP will enable these parks to create greater achievements with interaction.
